Carob Crumbles
Carob Crumbles
This recipe is a left-over from when we experimented with ketogenic eating. We now do not endorse or recommend the ketogenic eating plan at all, in any way!!!
We do NOT eat Carob Crumbles anymore since we leared of the terrible effects of using extracted and free oils/fats. Extracted oils cause insulin resistance whether the oils originate from animals or plants, whether they are saturated fats or unsaturated fats.
We now use Carob Hempseed Balls instead of Carob Crumbles.

60 g serving contains approx 12.50 grams of carbohydrates
To reduce the carbohydrate content, reduce the carob powder.
