Vanilla Chia Pudding (un-sweetened)

Ingredients:
1 litre filtered water
½ cup raw crushed hempseed
¾ cup chia seeds
10 mm (½ inch) raw vanilla bean
To eat a sweetened version of the above recipe, simply add some stevia, xylotial to sweeten or if not on ketogenic diet, you can use 6 dates)
Method:
Blend all ingredients except for chia seeds until smooth and creamy. If too thin, add more hempseed
Add chia seed and let stand for 10 minutes until thick
Place in the fridge to cool.
