Sprinkle small amounts of the Caruso's Alive Probiotic into the 7 glass jars.
Retain left over mixture in glass jar in the fridge or drink as a smoothie.

Place the jars into the Luvelo yoghurt maker (or similar yoghurt maker)
Check the mixture to see when it has thickened into yoghurt. (Ready to eat when thick).
If not eating immediately, store in the fridge.
You might like to get a yoghurt maker like the one we have got or you might like to get a different brand.
Here is the same brand as ours but with different colour. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Flora-Yogurt-Maker-Yoghurt-Maker-Rice-Wine-Automatic-Machine-7-Glass-Jars-FDA/252761778888?epid=758980143&hash=item3ad9c6aac8:g:N6AAAOSw4A5YtM-l
There are cheaper yoghurt makers but they don't have an automatic timer to switch the heater off.
We use Caruso Alive Probiotics because they are low-histamine producing bacteria. We use Luvelo Yoghurt Makers as we like the digital electronic timer and the 7 x 150 ml glass jars. We do not market or sell the products or profit from any of the sales of these products.
Raw Goat Milk Yoghurt
WARNING:
We have Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity and and Celiac Disease in our family so we must ensure we only use milk from pasture fed / grass fed goats. Milk from grain-fed goats cause us painful reactions from the grains eaten by the goats.
Raw Goat Milk Yoghurt (makes 150 ml)
Ingredients:
sprinkle a very small amount from a capsule of Caruso's Alive Probiotic
150 ml raw goat milk
.5 of a cm natural vanilla bean (blended in a small amount of water)
6 dates blended in a small amount of water - or 1/8 teaspoon raw sugar (coconut sugar, maple syrup or other natural sweetener to feed probiotic)
Method:
Turn on the Luvelo yoghurt maker and set for 19 hours (should be ready in 6 hours, but if leaving overnight it will stay warm for the morning breakfast)
Pour the goat milk into the glass jar.
Place the raw sugar and vanilla bean water into the jar.
Place the Caruso's Alive Probiotic into the glass jar.
Stir gently.
Put the lid on the glass jar.
Place the jar into the Luvelo yoghurt maker (or similar yoghurt maker)
Check the mixture to see when it has thickened into yoghurt. (Ready to eat when thick).
If not eating immediately, store in the fridge.
There are 7 x 150 ml glass jars in the Luvelo Yoghurt Maker.
We no longer make goat's milk yoghurt as we can not be certain that the goats have not ingested some grain by accident. The hempseed yoghurt is the only yoghurt we make now.
