Ingredients
10 frozen bananas
4 tablespoons lemon juice

Method
- Line the dehydrator trays with grease proof paper or plastic sheets.
- Place bananas and lemon juice into a food processor and mix until the mixture looks like a Mr Whippy ice-cream ie aerated/fluffy (air becomes trapped in the banana mixture).
- Spoon out the mixture onto the paper or plastic liners.
- Put the trays into the dehydrator and monitor until the crepes form. They should be very light and fluffy.
- After approximately 8-12 hours on low heat settings, the crepes should be removed.
- Spread with your choice of pancake toppings. eg, raspberries, blueberries, pawpaw jelly, yoghurt, macadamia nuts, activated seeds, nut creams,
- Flavourings can be added to the banana mixture. Instead of lemon, raw carob powder also works well.
